I am an Interaction & Service designer, biker and amateur horologist, based in London.
Ethos
I believe technology should augment human experience and aid well-being, it should not subtract from it. I believe technology should be inclusive and work for the most people. I believe in a balanced & connected approach to building products - not in silos but with a true service mindset.
Experience
Over the last 15 years I have worked within startups, consultancies and established companies across Europe and India. My work aims to humanise technology and create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users & affects the world in a positive, sustainable manner.
I currently work at Meta in Reality Labs, building novel VR/MR experiences in the Horizon team. Previously I worked in Google’s Android design team - working with physical+digital interactions on new hardware products. My aim here is to help develop inclusive & truly meaningful digital products.
Before Google I worked at Toyota Connected Europe and at Arrival. At Arrival, I helped build next generation commercial vans & services, alongside an immensely talented team. A founder of ustwo auto I previously lead the practise in ustwo's London studio, looking into complex mobility projects over 6 years.
Parallel to work projects, I look into design research projects, both self driven & in collaboration with students from universities such as University College London and the University of Washington, Seattle. This led to co-writing thought pieces and books such as ‘Humanising autonomy’ - written and released during 2017-18.
